Our lovely 3 year old filly The Halo (by More than Ready) scored her maiden victory yesterday (28th July) for Brad Widdup at Bathurst over a 1400m trip with Jean Van Overmeire on board

She settled back in the field and as the field rounded the turn, Overmeire was able to pick a gap and make her run for home and won the race comfortably.

“She has been very unlucky with not a lot going right for her in her races and has actually been in really good form.’ said Tricolours Director James Moss “that was a great win today and a huge congratulations to her very patient owners. Let’s hope she goes on with it now, as she has always shown that she has good ability”
